STUDIO NEWBORNS

Newborn sessions are for infants less than two weeks old. Newborn sessions are BEST at around five to ten days after birth. This is why its important to book early {around 32 weeks} so both parents and photographer have time to plan. All Newborn Sessions are held at our studio in Las Vegas, NV 89123, as you will have access to our complete set of newborn props, accessories and safety equipment. We book using your due date, however the session date will be scheduled once baby arrives.

Once booked, an official Newborn Questionnaire will be sent to help guide us with planning your session perfectly to your vision.

• THE TINY MOMENTS COLLECTION: This session is a 2 hour full newborn session which includes 2 portrait sets and 2 themed sets of your choosing with full access to our entire prop collection. You will receive 25 beautifully edited images in an online gallery plus a stunning hand designed lay flat album of all your images. $500 Session Fee

• THE FOREVER NEWBORN COLLECTION: This session is a 3 hour full newborn session which includes 2 portrait sets, 2 themed sets of your choosing with full access to our entire prop collection, plus siblings/family portraits with the newborn. You will receive 35 beautifully edited images in an online gallery plus a stunning hand designed lay flat album of all your images. $650 Session Fee

Prints, Product and Digital Images are NOT required beyond the session fee, however will always be available to view in your online gallery which does not expire.

• Digital Images as well as canvases, prints, merchandise, announcements, and more will be available from your gallery upon completion of editing from photographer. Editing completion takes approximately 10 days from the date of session.
• Retainer fee to book is 50% of the Session and is non-refundable. A 3% surcharge is added to all payments. Remaining balance is due at the session day.

**It is never too early to book your newborn session. Please be sure to book early on in your pregnancy to secure room on my calendar, as I book months in advance.**

MATERNITY SESSIONS

Maternity sessions can be done as a classic session, an intimate session, a family session or a single session. It is best to speak with photographer before booking your session to make sure you get what you are looking for. If you would like a gown to be included in your session you must make this purchase a minimum of 21 days before your session as most places take weeks to make these gowns as seen in photographers images. Photographers preferred gown vendor is “Sew Trendy Accessories” on Etsy. For more detailed info on Maternity sessions, gowns, etc please inquire with photographer before booking.

• THE ALL ABOUT MOMMY SESSION: This session is a 45 minute classic session session using 1 gown and 1 clothed/undergarment set of your choosing on cream or grey. You will receive 15 beautifully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. $150 Session Fee

• THE NEW PARENTS COLLECTION: This session is a 1 hour session using 1 gown and 1 clothed/undergarment set of your choosing on cream or grey. It also includes the significant other. You will receive 20 beautifully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. $200 Session Fee

• THE NEW FAMILY COLLECTION: This session is a 90 minute session session using 3 outfits of your choosing on cream or grey. It also includes the siblings and significant other. You will receive 25 beautifully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. $250 Session Fee

Session Fee Includes:
-Pre-session phone/e-mail/message consult (optional)
-Photographer’s time and talent and use of props and backdrops (photographer often buys unique props for each session so be sure you mention items you may want during your consult.)
-Online proofing gallery including a variety of professionally edited images. Your online gallery will be e-mailed to you once editing is complete and will be viewable for the duration of our business relationship. Number of edited images depends on subject participation and length of session. Number of edited images is not guaranteed and is at photographer’s discretion. Editing times vary based on time of year and busy seasons. NO refunds are given at anytime for any reason. Reschedules must take place at least 10 days in advance to guarantee you won’t lose your session fee, but rather transfer it to a new date.

Session Fee and completed Portrait Contract is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable. Dates are not held without paid session fee deposits of 50% of your total session fee and remaining balance due prior to session start time.

NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, any money paid to TVS is forfeited if session is canceled or not rescheduled before 10 days.

THE WATCH ME GROW MILESTONE PACKAGE
6 Sessions (45min each/2 outfits), includes a 12X36 canvas print of the final composite (as seen below) as well as the props used for the growing project, the cake smash, and approx. 10 edited digital images per session = $800
(payment plan deposit of $175 + $125 X 5) includes (NB Shot, 3mo, 5mo, 7mo, 9mo, 1yr) cannot be booked unless you have completed your newborn session with us. See above for Newborn pricing.

Such a wonderful time in a woman’s life is when they are growing a special someone to complete their family. This image is a composite of multiple images and shot every 4 weeks the entire duration of your pregnancy. Contact us for details!
