STUDIO SESSIONS

• THE THEMED “STUDIO” SESSION: This session is a 20 min themed session offering 2 completed designed sets based on the current holiday of time period. Due to the amount of images taken at a themed session, you will receive an “unedited” gallery of images to choose from within 48 hours. Once images are chosen, you will receive 5 beautifully edited high resolution images. You will be able to purchase additional edited images at $50 per 5 images. • THE PETITE STUDIO SESSION: This session is a 30min classic session, 1 SUBJECT ONLY, using 1 solid and 1 wood set of your choosing. You will receive 15 beautifully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. $100 Session Fee
• THE FULL STUDIO SESSION: This session is a 45min session, UP TO 3 SUBJECTS ONLY, using 1 solid and 1 wood set of your choosing. You will receive 25 beautifully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. $150 Session Fee
  NOTE: all themed sessions (ie: holidays, special sessions, etc) must be booked per advertising promotion only.

• THE PETITE BIRTHDAY SESSION: This is a 30min classic birthday session, 1 SUBJECT ONLY, using 1 solid and 1 wood set of your choosing. You will receive 15 beautifully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. $100 Session Fee
• THE CAKE SMASH SESSION: This is a 1 hour session and includes 1 portrait set, 1 cake smash set and a 6″ round cake smash cake to match the theme. We will work together to determine what you need for your session as we do have lots of props that can aid in your planning. Most of the cake smash sessions you see are very well planned by the parents. While I do have tons of props I can not guarantee I have what you will need to complete your cake smash session to your liking. Balloons, fancy cake stands, themed props, tissue poofs, ONE letters, flowers, etc are brought by the parents. Once you are booked, we can talk about your idea and create a plan for your session. Additional Portraits: with every cake smash session you are welcome to bring in another outfit and props to capture regular portraits before we do the cake smash. You are welcome to bring in chalkboard stat signs, personal items, a newborn photo for child to hold, etc, sky is the limit with creativity. $250 Session Fee

Session Fee Includes:
-Pre-session phone/e-mail/message consult (optional)
-Photographer’s time and talent and use of props and backdrops (photographer often buys unique props for each session so be sure you mention items you may want during your consult.)
-Online proofing gallery including a variety of professionally edited images. Your online gallery will be e-mailed to you once editing is complete and will be viewable for the duration of our business relationship. Number of edited images depends on subject participation and length of session. Number of edited images is not guaranteed and is at photographer’s discretion. Editing times vary based on time of year and busy seasons. NO refunds are given at anytime for any reason. Reschedules must take place at least 10 days in advance to guarantee you won’t lose your session fee, but rather transfer it to a new date.

***Session Fee DOES NOT include prints or digital images. Product is purchased separately.
Prints, Product and Digital Images are NOT required beyond the session fee, however will always be available to view in your online gallery which does not expire.

• Digital Images as well as canvases, prints, merchandise, announcements, and more will be available from your gallery upon completion of editing from photographer. Editing completion takes approximately 10 days from the date of session.
• Retainer fee to book is 50% of the Session and is non-refundable. A 3% surcharge is added to all payments. Remaining balance is due at the session day.

Session Fee and completed Portrait Contract is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable. Dates are not held without paid session fee deposits of 50% of your total session fee and remaining balance due prior to session start time.

NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, any money paid to TVS is forfeited if session is canceled or not rescheduled before 10 days.

Additional Information:
-All payments are submitted via invoicing and a 3% surcharge is added to all payments. Cash can only be accepted in exact change for the remainder owed at the session.
